This is a list of all employees for which Capgemini is obliged to offer an employment contract. As this list contains privacy sensitive information there will be two versions, one containing the actual names and details of the people that is only used at HR, one containing only details needed for the transition streams.
Please be aware that the example provided is NOT A TEMPLATE as in some countries other information might be required. Always check with the local HR departments!
The 'Employee Specific Information' sheet in the example artifact Terms And Conditions Inventory contains the Staff Transfer List, a list of named employees to transfer. This is the version accessable and used only by HR.
Relevant information out of this sheet can be shared in anonymous form with the other work streams as needed for the transition. Think about a list containing things like: employee #1; country: Germany; expertise: .Net developer; seniority level: senior, medior or junior. The local HR department should know what information can be shared from a local or regional privacy law perspective. This information helps to do the needfull regarding the induction of service teams, arranging facilities, access and mobility, ramping-up resources etcetera. |
